A disabled woman who was wrongly accused of not being entitled to a blue badge has branded her accuser a "narrow-minded ignorant person" after they left a note on her car.
Helen, from Whitfield, Greater Manchester, received a note on her car at Heaton Park which reported her for having a blue badge, Manchester Evening News reports.
The note, written in block capitals on Sunday, February 27, said: "Your BB has been taken and reported to the ticket office."
