A disabled mum was left shocked after her Ryanair flight took off without her and her partner - despite having arrived at the departure gate early.
Margaret and John Harrop were due to fly out to Spain to see their son Keith for the first time since he moved out there.
But they were left astonished after their flight from Newcastle Airport left for Alicante without them.
