A disabled man claims he is trapped in the village where he lives after a row with the council over lowering a kerb.
Fellow villagers are backing Robert Morgan's concerns after bosses refused to fix the issue facing those in mobility scooters, wheelchairs and people with walking issues.
They say the council's actions have stripped them of their independence because they cannot get on and off the kerbs safely in Aber Valley, Wales.
