Vanicek emphasized the importance of maintaining the core themes of friendship, love, and family that Raimi embedded in the franchise. He stressed the need for a solid foundation in the script to create an intelligent and impactful movie, promising an infusion of Deadites and thrilling elements once the groundwork is established.
