Directive 8020 will go live globally on Tuesday, May 12. The following countdown will expire once the game goes live.

The countdown is based on the information from SteamDB. We'll update you on any last-minute changes, should anything change. The console launch will take place simultaneously, so there's no New Zealand trick to try and get a few extra hours of gameplay.
What to expect from Directive 8020
In Directive 8020, horror expands to outer space as you find yourself on Tau Ceti f. Earth is dying, and your ship, Cassiopeia, has crashed on the planet. This place is home to an alien organism that can mimic its prey. In simple words, your colleague might be an alien form disguising itself to hunt you down.
To escape the threat, you'll need to use your wits to outsmart them. While you can always rely on your own abilities and improvised weapons, it's ultimately a matter of trust, as your crew will be divided. To enjoy the experience, you can also play with your friends in co-op. There are multiple endings available based on your decisions, so the question is: can the prey outsmart the predator?
