Diogo Dalot says his ability to communicate with Antony in Portuguese has helped the pair to strike up a good connection as the Brazilian settles in at Manchester United.
The full-back described how it meant he was able to help the winger with positioning on his debut against Arsenal, in which he scored the opening goal in the 3-1 win. Antony became United ’s second-most expensive player ever when he arrived from Ajax for £85m on deadline day.
Describing Antony as a “fantastic player” to club media, the Portugal international said: “I think he will help us a lot.
