Manchester United favourite Dimitar Berbatov has urged his former side to sign Mason Mount from Chelsea should they miss out on Jude Bellingham - once again - during the summer transfer window.
Bellingham, 19, continues to attract interest from top clubs across Europe as Borussia Dortmund get ready to deal with enquiries and formal offers for the England sensation. United wanted to sign the generational talent as far back as 2020 when he instead opted to further his progression in the Bundesliga.
Since leaving hometown Birmingham City at that stage, Bellingham has developed into one of the brightest prospects on the planet. Dortmund are hoping to keep the midfielder when the market reopens, but should a potential suitor come calling with £100million-plus then the Germans might have to reevaluate their plans.
