The post, shared by an account called Fendi on August 4, quickly crossed two million views and was widely shared online. It also included what appeared to be Dennis’ mugshot, leading many people to believe the claim was real. However, there is no evidence that Duke Dennis was arrested in connection with any recent killing. The mugshot being shared is an old one from 2025, and the claim about a new arrest is misleading. At the time of writing, Dennis has not publicly responded to the viral rumour.

Is the viral Duke Dennis murder arrest claim true
The viral post claimed, “Popular Influencer Duke Dennis was arrested for M rder tonight after leaving a gas station and was confronted by someone from his old town in Greenville, South Carolina, sources says he let off 5 shots k lling the individual and turned himself in.”
The same account later claimed that fellow streamer Kai Cenat had bonded Dennis out of jail. However, there is nothing to support either claim.
