A new report involving Britney Spears is once again placing the pop icon at the center of intense public scrutiny, only weeks after her reported rehab stay and legal troubles earlier this year. According to eyewitness accounts shared with TMZ, the singer allegedly caused a chaotic scene while dining Wednesday night at the Blue Dog Tavern in Sherman Oaks, California.

The incident reportedly involved shouting, barking noises, cigarette smoke near the restaurant entrance, and even concerns from patrons after Spears was allegedly seen holding a knife while walking through the restaurant.
