Avon and Somerset Police is urging the public to dial 999 if they spot missing Bristol man Richard. The last confirmed sighting of the 54-year old was on Sunday, February 19 in Southmead.
Officers believe he may have been in Wells last week. Richard is described as white, male, 5ft 9ins, slim and has dark shaggy hair.

He was last seen wearing a grey jumper, a black coat, blue jeans and silver framed glasses. In a statement on Twitter, a spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: "Richard, who is 54 years old, is missing and we need the public to call us if they see him. The last confirmed sighting of Richard was in Southmead on Sunday, February 19.
"We believe he may have been in Wells last week. If you see Richard, please call 999 reference 5223040840."
