Several motorists tried to alert a truck driver he was driving erratically in the moments before he ploughed into a parked car at more than 80km/h, crushing an eight-year-old girl to death, a NSW court has heard.
Brendon Paul Lidgard has pleaded not guilty to a string of charges, including dangerous driving occasioning death, over the collision at a rest area on Hume Highway at Menangle in July 2020.
