Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin sharply criticized sanctuary cities on Friday in a speech reflecting on the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks.
Mullin accused these jurisdictions, which limit cooperation between local police and federal immigration agencies, of creating the conditions for the next terror attack.
