The authorities have announced strict penalties for actions that endanger lives including acts such as opening car doors while vehicles are in motion and filming social media videos on the road.
The warning is a part of the official's larger campaign to promote "smart road safety" with authorities stressing that such actions can lead to severe accidents and place not only the drivers but also other road users at risk.
