NEW DELHI: Lurking a stroke behind the overnight leaders, Veer Ahlawat walked out in the serene morning aiming to continue the good work. It turned out to be even better. After parring the 10th and 11th, the Gurgaon golfer took flight with five birdies in six holes to make the turn in a delightful mood.
The 25-year-old, whose T-5 finish at the Singapore Open signalled his arrival on the Asian Tour, almost landed a birdie on the next hole and then it grinded to a par halt.
