A Scottish housebuilder is celebrating the ongoing success of its development in Lanarkshire with the opening of its first new show home of the year.
Springfield Properties has unveiled the four-bedroom property in Gartcosh to members of the public.

More than 30 homes have already been sold at the popular development, while Springfield currently has home home available for sale for £375,000.
The Gartcosh development features 42 three and four-bedroom family homes, expertly built to allow buyers to move into high quality homes.
