A developer has launched a new housing project in Northumberland and is preparing to put the first house up for sale.
Taylor Wimpey will build a mixture of two, three and four bedroom homes on land just off of Choppington Road, in Bedlington.
Known as Greendale Park, all of the homes include energy efficient features such as PV solar panels, electric car charging points and triple glazing.

The development will also be home to two show homes, the three bedroom Byrneham, and the four bedroom detached Hubham, which are expected to launch later this year.
Sarah Whittingham, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North East, said: “We’re really excited to announce that the first homes at our Greendale Park development will be released for sale very soon.
“We’re really looking forward to welcoming customers to the development and helping them find their dream home with us.
"I would encourage anyone interested in the homes at Greendale Park to get in touch with our sales team who are on hand to help you through the process.”
Greendale Park will be launching remotely on June 30 and the sales team will be located at the firm's Shoreview development.
