Developer acquires West of Scotland land to build 11 new estates

Bellway Homes

Bellway Homes has acquired land in the West of Scotland, with plans to build 11 new residential developments.

The Hamilton-based division of the national house builder aims to deliver a further 1,900 new homes in the region.

The newly acquired sites, which span a combined 149 net acres, are located at Gartcosh, Moodiesburn, Glengarnock, Renfrew, Cumbernauld, Ruchill, Newmains, East Kilbride, Kilmarnock, Irvine and Stirling.
