Lauren Goodger paid a poignant tribute to her ex-boyfriend Jake McLean as she took to Instagram on Wednesday morning.
Jake, 33, tragically died on Sunday in Bodrum, Turkey after the car he was driving veered off a cliff, while his on-off TOWIE girlfriend Yazmin Oukhellou, 28, remains in hospital in a stable condition after reportedly sustaining 'serious arm injuries'.
Taking to her Instagram, Lauren, 35 - who friends say is 'devastated' - uploaded a story as she listened to Bryan Adam's hit Everything I Do (I Do It For You) and posted the lyrics alongside it.
The verse she had pulled out to share went: "Search your heart, search your soul. When you find me there, you'll search no more".
Lauren and Jake first met Jake in 2012, with the two publicly dating on and off for several years before they split in 2016.
They were reported to have secretly and briefly reconciled before she met Charles Drury in 2020.
Lauren and Charles are expecting their second child, after welcoming daughter Larose in 2021.
Paying tribute to Jake following his death Lauren said she had 'no words'.
"RIP Jake. I have no words right now. My thoughts are with your family and friends," she penned.
A source told MailOnline following the crash: "It's a complete tragedy and a total loss of life. Everyone is in shock and hoping Yazmin makes a full recovery."
Yazmin had an on/off relationship with Jake, with them hooking up about a month after she split from fellow TOWIE star James Lock.
The reality star had left Essex for Dubai to live with Jake around a year after they began dating. They went public with their romance in December, with loved-up snaps of them together in Dubai.
But, they revealed they had split in January and Yaz was due to make a return to TOWIE as she flew to the Dominican Republish for filming last month.
The pair were said to have been on holiday in Turkey, where Jake is understood to have been involved in a business deal.
Yaz's TOWIE star pals have sent their prayers on social media, with Amy Childs sharing a photo of herself and Yaz on the beach and posting a red heart emoji alongside a trio of praying hands emojis.
Amy's cousin Harry Derbidge also posted snaps of himself and the brunette together and wrote in the caption: "thinking of you @yazminoukhellou" next to three red heart emojis.
Chloe Brockett, meanwhile, shared a group photo with herself and Yaz in the picture on her Instagram story and penned: "Thinking of you yaz.. please keep yaz in your prayers tonight" followed by a red heart emoji.
Liam Gatsby penned a tribute to Jake on his Instagram stories as he wrote: "RIP my bro" followed by a dove emoji before he added: "We just lost a real one" followed by a broken heart emoji #JM and a blue heart emoji.
