Derry captain Chrissy McKaigue thinks about retirement "every day" as his peers call it quits

Chrissy McKaigue got “a wee bit emotional” seeing Michael Murphy walk away from inter-county football last week.

It struck a chord with the 33-year-old Ulster Championship winning skipper who candidly says he thinks about retirement every day.

Murphy debuted in 2007 for Donegal, while McKaigue made his Derry bow the following season.
