From his first day to what could be his last with the team, Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry has been a class act, through and through.
Henry has been a perfect representative for the team during his eight years with the Titans, both in terms of his play on the field and everything he’s done for the community off of it.
Yet another fantastic example of the class act Henry is came after the Week 18 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, a game that might be his last with Tennessee.
According to Buck Reising of AtoZ Sports Nashville, Henry stayed late after the game and met with fans, where he signed autographs and took pictures.

While Henry’s future with the team remains up in the air, he’s saying and doing all the things that make it clear he doesn’t expect to be back.
“Titans fans, I want to thank you for the eight greatest years of my life,” he said in an on-field speech following the game.

If this was indeed Henry’s last game with the Titans, he certainly went out in style after torching the Jaguars for 153 yards and a touchdown in a winning effort that also knocked Jacksonville out of playoff contention.
As much as Henry clearly appreciates the fans, they appreciate him even more for everything he’s meant to this franchise.
