The Baltimore Ravens beat the Buffalo Bills 35-10 on Sunday Night Football, a result that was somewhere between “decisive” and “total blowout.”
Derrick Henry lived up to his nickname, “The King,” as he ruled over all that roamed the field at M&T Bank Stadium.
Henry opened the scoring with an 87-yard touchdown run on the Ravens’ first play from scrimmage.

It was the longest run in Ravens franchise history and the second-longest run ever given up by the Buffalo Bills.
It also set the tone for his 199-yard rushing night. Henry reached that mark on 24 carries, averaging a stellar 8.3 yards per rush. In addition to the traditional, standard statistics, Henry put up some impressive next-gen stats, too.
Derrick Henry reached 21.29 mph on his 87-yard TD run, tied for the 4th-fastest speed by a ball carrier this season, and Henry’s 8th-fastest speed since 2018.

Henry later added a receiving touchdown, and he was undoubtedly the MVP of Blackout Night, getting it done while the whole country was watching.
The Ravens ran for 271 yards as a team, averaging exactly eight yards per rush.
The way that Baltimore has looked through the first four games makes it safe to assume that they’ll lead the NFL in rushing again this season.
