Dermot Desmond firm racks up seven-figure loss amid Celtic unrest

Celtic's largest shareholder, Dermot Desmond, has seen losses increase at the company behind Belfast’s Titanic Quarter development.

Titanic Property Development Ltd (TPDL), which Desmond co-owns with the family of businessman Pat Doherty, recorded a pre-tax loss of £2.75 million in 2025, according to the Belfast Telegraph.
