Derek Carr is officially questionable to play against the Tampa Bay Buccaneerss on Sunday, according to the final New Orleans Saints injury report. The Saints’ starting quarterback practiced on a limited basis Friday after resting his injured throwing shoulder earlier in the week and the team is going to give him an opportunity to prove he can play in Week 4’s home game.
