Former Derby County and Clyde hero, Craig Bryson, has been announced on the coaching staff of new East Kilbride boss Mick Kennedy.
The 36-year-old former Scotland international, who also featured for Kilmarnock, Aberdeen and St Johnstone in his career, has joined his hometown team as part of Kilby's fitness and conditioning team.
East Kilbride held their first training session under Kennedy and his assistant Si Ferry at K-Park last night, as preparations for the new Lowland League season in July got underway in earnest.
Scottish Cup winner Bryson, who once featured for East Kilbride Thistle on loan from Clyde, will work alongside Chris McClymont in his new role.
A statement from East Kilbride last night confirrmed all seven members of the backroom team.
It read: "We are thrilled to announce the management staff who join Mick Kennedy and Si Ferry at East Kilbride FC.
"Blair Munn, Zander Cowie, Craig Bryson, Chris McClymont, Claire McDonald, Scott Duncan and Gerry Hamilton all make up the backroom team."
Kennedy has 15 new players signed up so far and the club are expected to announce them over the next couple of days.
Yesterday, Lanarkshire Live Sport revealed the club are in talks with former Motherwell and St Mirren defender Richard Tait, and the 33-year-old is expected to join up with the club for training next week to continue negotiations.
