Deposit 50% relief in court: Telangana HC tells Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation

HYDERABAD: The Telangana high court on Monday directed GHMC to deposit 50% compensation payable to an aggrieved land owner, with the court to put forward its version in a contempt case.

A bench of Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice S Nanda gave this interim direction, while hearing a contempt case filed by Mohammad Kazam Ali of Raidurg in Serlingampalli mandal of Ranga Reddy district.
