Denise Welch has shared a concerning update on her son Matty Healy 's busy life amid ongoing rumours he is dating Taylor Swift.
The Loose Women star, who is a proud mum to 1975 frontman Matty, 34, and younger son Louis, 22, with ex-husband Tim Healy, gave a rare glimpse into Matty's hectic work schedule as she celebrated her 65th birthday over the weekend.
Rumours of a romance between Taylor and Matty began to circulate earlier this month, just weeks after new broke of Taylor and Joe Alwyn's split after six years together.
The rumoured new couple have since been spotted on a number of outings together, including at a date night in private members' club Casa Cipriani.
The pair were also all smiles as they were seen leaving the Electric Lady recording studio in New York last week.
And last weekend, Matty was filmed dashing into Taylor's apartment building while carrying a large duffle bag as the sighting only added fuel to the already burning fire.
While things between Matty and Taylor appear to be heating up, Loose Women star Denise has shared her concerns for the Chocolate hit-maker as he continues to battle exhaustion amid The 1975's world tour.
"Matty is absolutely shattered. He's on a world tour and as much as it's hard to go, 'Oh, please feel sorry for my boy'..." Denise explained during a new interview with OK! magazine.
"People don't realise that it's gruelling to be the lead singer, the creator, the writer, the producer of a massive show on the scale that Matthew does. Then he gets on stage and gets in a plane and flies seven hours and then flies 24 hours.
"It's a wonderful life, but he's absolutely exhausted and ready for a break," the singer's proud mum shared.
Elsewhere, Denise praised Matty for tackling his addictions, after he sought help for his heroin addiction in November 2017 after entering rehab.
"Matty has had his demons and we've navigated them as a family and he's come out the other side.
"We all support each other and I couldn't be prouder of how he's come through, with the help of his family and his friends," Denise gushed.
The proud mum's confession comes after Matty's rumoured new girlfriend Taylor admitted her life "finally makes sense", following her shock split from actor Joe Alywn.
The 33-year-old took to the stage in Foxborough, Massachusetts over the weekend and made the sweet admission, following rumours she is dating The 1975 frontman.
Speaking to the crowd while performing in the rain, Taylor said: "I've just never been this happy in my life in all aspects of my life.
"It's not just the tour… I just sort of feel like my life finally feels like it makes sense."
