Denise Van Outen's ex Eddie Boxshall has reportedly grown close to his business partner, who is a "shoulder to cry on" following their split.
Gogglebox stars Denise and Eddie broke up in January after she discovered he was sending x-rated messages to other women behind her back.
Since they parted ways, the DJ has been turning to Julia Pinkney, 47, for support - but it's claimed the pair are getting close as they were pictured leaving a pub in Chelmsford together.
