Denise Van Outen's ex-fiance Eddie Boxshall says he's lost a stone since the pair split.
The Celebrity Googlebox star blamed the stress of the breakup on the dramatic weight loss and said he "struggles to sleep".
He said the "stress and anxiety" of being dumped left him feeling "sluggish and crap".
Denise, 47, gave Eddie the boot after she reportedly discovered he'd been having phone sex and going on secret dates with other women.
The pair, who both had children from previous relationships, had been together for seven years.
Sharing a snap of him working out at the gym he wrote: "I’m just back into my training as I lost over a stone in weight due to stress and anxiety over the last four months."
He added: "Exercise helps my mental health as well."
"I never got much sleep last night as brain was working overtime with life in general. "
"Felt sluggish and crap this morning, but told myself to get up and at ’em."
The dad-of-two moved out of the home he shared with the TV presenter in January.
In May last year the pair decided to postpone their small wedding so that they could get hitched without restrictions.
Speaking at the time, Denise said: "We’re not engaged but we are preparing to get married. It will definitely happen but we’re not in a rush."
But after much speculation, in January this year Denise confirmed the news on Instagram that they had split.
"Over the past couple of months, there has been much speculation regarding my relationship with Eddie. It saddens me to confirm that we are no longer a couple."
"I had to make the difficult decision not to continue in our relationship. I will always treasure the good times we spent together, and the memories made."
