Denise Van Outen's ex fiancé Eddie Boxshall broke his social media silence on Thursday, after the TV star went public with her new relationship.
The telly fave, 48, and her ex Eddie split eight months ago after seven years together amid rumours of his infidelities last year, which left her heartbroken and seeking therapy to rebuild her life without him.
But nearly six months since the split, Denise has bounced back and stepped out with her new man Jimmy Barba, 55, this week when they attended the Grand Prix Ball.
Meanwhile Eddie shared with followers he's been partying with DJ pals before sharing a shot of him in some striking wide rimmed specs.
He forced back a muted smile for followers and marked the first time he'd shared any updates on Instagram since news of Denise's new fella hit the headlines.
In the image, Eddie is wearing a green jacket and simple white Tee perched in a pub as he toasted his new frames designed by Modern Spectacle Maker Cubbitts, coordinating with his colour choice.
As he shared the photo, Eddie wrote in the caption: “Cheers @cubitts" followed by a series of hashtags which read: "#plender #glasses #prescription #tinted #mensfashionpost #style #alwayscolourcoordinated.”
Eddie, a former commodities trader, previously said he felt “deeply ashamed” of his behaviour after it emerged he had sexting other women despite being in a relationship, and insists he will “always love” Denise.
But Denise has since moved on with a new man Jimmy — who once appeared on Italy's version of Big Brother describing himself as a dancer and farmer, but he has since launched into property developing.
The pair met after being introduced through All Saints star Shaznay Lewis and have been spotted enjoying a 'few dates'.
On Thursday June 30 the pair went Instagram official, sharing photos of the two cuddled up at the event and dining with friends.
The West End singer dazzled with a floor-length dress, her platinum blonde locks in loose waves to her shoulders.
Date Jimmy was dashing in a smart black tuxedo complete with a black bowtie and appeared comfortable for the cameras.
Taking to her Stories, Denise wrote that Jimmy and her friends were ‘top tier dinner company.’
She later shared a decidedly coupley-looking selfie of herself and Jimmy, the entrepreneur looking over her shoulder.
