Denise van Outen revealed the biggest warning sign her ex-fiance Eddie Boxshall was cheating on her.
The TV star has opened up about the end of their seven-year relationship in her brand new autobiography A Bit Of Me: From Basildon to Broadway and Back.
Denise, 47, had to make a big change to the book after the couple, who were due to wed, split up in January following the cheating scandal.
As reported in The Mirror, the Strictly star told fans she knew her relationship was over when she discovered Eddie's infidelity after borrowing his iPad.
The Gogglebox star even found a photo of another woman’s breasts, which Eddie had saved as his screensaver.
She was also able to see Eddie had tried to cover his tracks by blocking a woman from her Instagram account, who he was having an affair with.
Denise wrote: “I quickly found the woman’s profile by her screen name, only to discover I’d previously blocked her on my Instagram account – which struck me as odd.
“This was a woman who I didn’t know, who’d clearly had an online connection with my boyfriend.”
The TV and radio presenter said straight away she unblocked the woman and was then sent a message which said: "Oh, you’ve unblocked me then."
Denise replied she didn’t even know the woman, so why would she have blocked her.
“She suggested that Eddie had probably gone into my phone and blocked her so she couldn’t message me,” she continued.
“Her name was Tracy and she had apparently spoken to Eddie over FaceTime and text for a long period – often from our home and sometimes from my flat in Hampstead, which she seemed to think was his.”
Denise said she found selfies of Eddie with another woman in a bar – which were taken on the same day she had taken a night off work to spend time with him.
When Denise finally confronted her former fiance, the excuses came thick and fast.
“As far as the woman showing her boobs went, Eddie said he didn’t know why she’d sent the picture,” Denise said.
“But when the story came out, I received messages from people saying they’d seen them together.
“As for the second woman, ‘a friend’, was the best he could do. It transpired she was an ex from 2013.
"He swore he’d met up with her as she’d just been to her father’s funeral. I later discovered he had died a year and a half earlier. If there was nothing in it, why all the secrecy?
“And having those shots as his screensaver was the biggest red flag of all!”
