Tasting plates of Bison's signature dishes will be available, giving guests the opportunity sample things like the restaurant's succulent pulled pork, rack of ribs, brisket, smoked chicken and gravy.
Jameson's Head Cooper Ger Buckley will be there along with Dublin Ink's Jonathon Gorman and music from Dublin City Rounders.
Other things that will be there as part of the festival include a live whiskey masterclass, free haircuts, a tattoo pop-up, a man vs food challenge, a Jameson Black Barrell cocktail bar and a hot wing contest.
From 9pm both nights, The Workman's DJs will be providing the tunes.
Bison Bar hails itself as Dublin's original BBQ joint, bringing the smoky flavours of the American south to Dublin.
In fact, head chef Oliver Byrne headed to the states to learn about the craft of BBQ so he could bring it back to the big smoke. When he returned, he had with him the restaurant's pride and joy, Southern Pride Smoker, which was so large that they had to take down the wall of the restaurant to get it inside.
The Bison BBQ Festival is free to attend and tickets can be reserved through Eventbrite. The first 100 customers to register will receive three Bison Bucks, redeemable against food or drink at Bison Fest 2022.
