New Delhi: The national capital facing 'very poor' air quality. Delhi Lieutenant Governor (LG) VK Saxena wrote a letter to Chief Minister Atishi on Thursday regarding Delhi's pollution and called for using Civil Defence Volunteers (CDV) to help with pollution mitigation.
