In a recent update, the Delhi Traffic Police has released a detailed traffic advisory for two prime events scheduled this weekend: the Radha Soami Satsang religious gathering and the Diljit Dosanjh concert in the city. The events are expected to draw large crowds, which might lead to traffic issues in several parts of the city.
The Radha Soami Satsang is scheduled from October 25 to 27, and is expected to attract around 3-4 lakh devotees, including VIPs and dignitaries. Meanwhile, over 60,000 people are expected to attend Diljit Dosanjh's concerts at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi over the weekend. To manage the surge in vehicular movement and maintain smooth traffic flow, the Delhi Traffic Police has implemented a range of measures.
