Delhi Police arrests two arms suppliers ahead of Republic Day

New Delhi UP Delhi Police Police Dhar Madhya Pradesh Prayagraj Special Cell

NEW DELHI: Ahead of the Republic Day, the Special Cell unit of Delhi Police has arrested two persons for allegedly involved in the supply of illegal arms, officials said on Tuesday. The accused have been identified as Ravi Khan (40), a resident of Prayagraj district in UP, and Rahul Singh Chhabda (23), a resident of Dhar district in Madhya Pradesh, they said.

According to police, they received information that Chhabda and his associates were supplying illegal weapons in the Uttar Pradesh and Delhi/NCR from the Madhya Pradesh.
