Delhi notifies permanent Winter Pollution Master Plan; year-round PUC rule among key measures

Pollution New Delhi

The Delhi government has notified a permanent Winter Pollution Master Plan, under which a set of anti-pollution measures will be implemented annually from November 1 to February 28.

According to the notification, the plan includes stricter measures on vehicle emissions, construction activities and waste burning.
