Residents of Delhi-NCR can expect a mix of thunderstorms, rain and gusty winds over the coming days, with weather conditions likely to remain largely unsettled until July 1. According to the latest forecast issued by the India Meteorological Department, Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad and Ghaziabad are expected to witness intermittent rainfall and thunderstorm activity, bringing some relief from the summer heat.
The IMD forecast indicates that maximum temperatures are likely to hover around 39°C over the next few days before gradually falling towards the beginning of July, aided by rain-bearing weather systems affecting the region.
