Delhi Gymkhana Club members, staff move Delhi HC against Centre's show-cause notice for eviction

The Delhi Gymkhana Club and its Staff Welfare Association have moved the Delhi High Court challenging the Centre's decision to initiate eviction proceedings against them from the Club's premises at 2, Safdarjung Road in Lutyens' Delhi.

The matter is listed for hearing before Justice Avneesh Jhingan on July 6, when the court will consider the petitions filed by the Club and the Staff Welfare Association.
