Delhi is bracing for another day of protests on Sunday, with over 30,000 police and paramilitary personnel to be deployed across the national capital as the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) continues its agitation demanding Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar's resignation over alleged electoral roll irregularities.
CJP has called for a fresh demonstration at Jantar Mantar at 10 am on Sunday, a day after Delhi Police detained protesters and activists at multiple locations and prevented demonstrators from reaching the proposed protest venue, which had been denied permission.
