NEW DELHI: The father of the 13-year-old girl who was allegedly kidnapped and gang-raped by 4-7 men has alleged that his daughter could have been saved much earlier had police taken his complaint on time.
The survivor’s father, a cab and auto driver, claimed that when he went to inform police on April 25, a day after she was kidnapped, the cops sent him back home. Delhi Police denied the allegations and stated that the case was registered immediately after the father reached the police station.
