Delhi: Court convicts former principal in 2007 paper leak

NEW DELHI: A court has convicted a former principal of DAV Public School and two others in connection with the leak of the Common Proficiency Test paper in 2007.

Former principal Bhawna Malik and centre superintendent Diksha Dhingra have been convicted of cheating and criminal conspiracy, and Sudesh Kumar, who provided invigilators, of criminal conspiracy.

An FIR was registered on a complaint of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India chairman, who saw a sting operation aired on a television channel about the leak.
