Delhi: Counters at Narela and Najafgarh mandis to buy wheat at MSP

NEW DELHI: Coming to the aid of farmers, Delhi government has decided to set up procurement counters at Narela and Najafgarh mandis to buy wheat at minimum support price.

Delhi development minister Gopal Rai said directions had been issued to officials to ensure that the farmers do not face any inconvenience while selling their produce. Narela and Najafgarh are Delhi’s authorised grain markets where farmers directly sell their produce.
