Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal calls meeting of AAP MLAs

NEW DELHI: Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has called for a meeting with AAP MLAs on Monday afternoon in response to the recent actions taken by central investigative agencies against party ministers and leaders, as per sources.

The meeting is scheduled to take place at the assembly complex, and the specific agenda for the meeting is not yet known.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has 62 MLAs in Delhi, and it is expected that all of them will participate in this meeting.

In the past week, AAP's national convener, Arvind Kejriwal, was summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with an ongoing investigation related to money laundering associated with the excise policy. Additionally, the residence of Delhi minister Raaj Kumar Anand was subjected to an ED raid as part of a separate money laundering inquiry.

Party MP Sanjay Singh also recently faced arrest by the ED following an extended raid at his residence, with allegations linked to the purported excise policy scam.
