NEW DELHI: Aam Aadmi Party’s national convener Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab chief minister-elect Bhagwant Mann will visit Gujarat in the first week of April.
AAP’s Gujarat in-charge, Gulab Singh, told TOI that from March 12 to March 16, the party would organise ‘Tiranga Yatras’ in different districts of the state, which goes to the polls in December this year.
“Delhi MLAs, including Saurabh Bharadwaj and Dilip Pandey, will also take part in the yatras,” Singh said. “The party is planning another Tiranga Yatra in the first week of April, in which Kejriwal and Mann are scheduled to take part.”
Mann has invited members of the Gujarat unit of AAP, including Gopal Italia and Manoj Sorathiya, for his oath-taking ceremony in Punjab, Singh said.
