Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Sunday said those who were responsible for the residential building collapse in Satya Niketan area of South-West Delhi won't be spared and has issued instructions to register an FIR against the landlord.
She also reported that 11 people were rescued and relief operations are underway to save the lives of those trapped and provide all possible assistance to the collapse site.
