Everton are working on a deal to bring Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli to the club on a permanent transfer.
The Blues are close to finalising the loan move of Donny van de Beek from Manchester United and are targeting one more addition.
And new manager Frank Lampard has given the go ahead for Everton to try and sign Alli on deadline day.

But given the Blues have already loaned Anwar El Ghazi - and are close to loaning Van de Beek - any deal for the Tottenham man would have to be permanent.
Sources have indicated to the ECHO that striking an agreement with Alli at this late stage in the window is going to be complicated but Everton are working on making it happen before 11pm.
