Lowell accused special counsel David Weiss' team of cherry-picking evidence to create a timeline that supports their claim of Hunter Biden's drug use in October 2018.
Lowell argued that the burden for prosecutors to prove that Hunter Biden knowingly violated the law is exceptionally high. He emphasized that for Hunter Biden to be found guilty, he must have been conscious and aware of breaking the law.
