An early-stage experiment that could eventually open a new avenue for Eternal beyond food delivery, quick commerce and going out, Deepinder Goyal’s announcement on Dark.ai has drawn attention to the privacy-focused artificial intelligence assistant as a potentially high-margin business, although its commercial viability remains untested.
Eternal announced Dark.ai after developing it for about a year. The product is being tested internally and is expected to launch in the coming months. It is aimed at power users including founders, researchers, enterprises and governments, and will use fine-tuned open source or “open weight” models running on Eternal’s own infrastructure.
