QUESTIONS around the decision not to charge Nicola Sturgeon following a police investigation into the SNP “merit further scrutiny” – and officials’ secrecy around the reasoning behind the acquittal of the former first minister is “not a good look”, according to the head of Scotland’s information watchdog.
In an interview with The Times, Scottish Information Commissioner David Hamilton said there had “never” been more questions about decisions made by prosecutors at the Crown Office.
