One half of presenting duo Ant and Dec has reportedly seen the value of his house 'triple'. The property, bought by Declan Donnelly for just under £2m has rocketed in price since purchasing in 2006, according to reports.
Once neighbours with Britain's Got Talent co presenter Ant McPartlin (Liverpool Echo reports that Ant moved from his home in Chiswick to Wimbledon), the celeb remains in his luxurious seven bedroom pad with wife Ali Astall and the couple's daughter, Isla.
House price rises mean that Dec's £1.9m purchase is now worth an eye-watering estimated £5m, according to Homes Editor at Hello! However, while the TV star is enjoying life in his London home, he hasn't forgotten his roots. The 47-year-old Geordie's home has several nods to his hometown, which eagle-eyed TikTok viewers have spotted through videos posted by the star.

Videos posted by the star in other parts of his home indicated a chic neutral colour scheme. Highlights include a living room with cream walls and sofa with blue colour pops introduced through cushions. According to reports, the neutral theme continues in various other rooms of the house with decor including silver furnishings, chrome accents and modern artwork touches.
Outside, Dec posts a glimpse of the garden with modern design work showing raised beds, birch trees, planting, lawns and patio.
