Declan Donnelly was all smiles as he jetted to Australia with his new baby son.
The TV presenter had little Jack strapped to his chest as he was spotted arriving at London’s Heathrow Airport in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The 47-year-old headed Down Under to film the latest series of I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! which kicks off on Sunday, November 6, at 9pm, with a 105 minute special - with stars such as Chris Moyles and Olivia Attwood having already arrived in Australia ready for their stint in the jungle.
Jack is the second child for Dec and his wife Ali Astall. The couple, who married in 2015, also share four-year-old daughter Isla.
No one even knew Ali was pregnant with baby Jack – who arrived at the end of July this year – as they kept it a secret.
Dec and Ali being spotted in Australia comes following the star's best pal and co-host Ant McPartlin being snapped beaming as they touched down ready for the latest series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! kicking off next month.
Host Ant, 46, and his wife Anne-Marie were seen enjoying some lunch after heading to a surf shop together as they walked hand in hand alongside Coolangatta beach, in the southern part of Queensland.
The smitten pair smiled as they walked hand in hand together – with Ant wearing a pair of black sunglasses and Anne-Marie sporting a pair of aviator-style sunglasses with a brown lens and gold frame.
Ant and Anne-Marie looked in good spirits as they strolled by the beach before heading into a car.
Dec and Ali's son Jack's arrival into the world came following heartache for Dec and his family, after his beloved brother died suddenly weeks before his new nephew's birth.
Father Dermott Donnelly, had passed away aged 55. The Geordie presenter is said to have raced to his brother's side as he fell seriously ill.
Catholic priest Father Donnelly , who officiated Dec's wedding in 2015, is understood to have been hospitalised after he collapsed.
In a tweet, Dec, 46, said in July: "I am heartbroken to tell you that my darling brother Fr Dermott, sadly passed away this afternoon. We are all beyond devastated. Thank you for your messages of sympathy and support, they are appreciated."
Later the same month, Dec took to Twitter to share some happy news for his family during their grief, announcing the birth of his second child.
"Shortly before 10am yesterday, 23.7.2022, Ali and I welcomed the arrival of our son, Jack Anthony Alphonsus, a very welcome ray of light," the presenter wrote, with the baby's middle name a nod to his best friend and co-host Ant.
"He is wonderful and Isla is beyond excited to be a big sister! D x."
In addition to the show's hosts arriving Down Under, four celebrities have also touched down in the country and confirmed their upcoming stint in the jungle next month.
Chris Moyles was the first famous face to be spotted at the airport yesterday morning, shortly followed by Love Island's Olivia Attwood, Coronation Street actress Sue Gleaver and Hollyoaks star Owen Warner.
The former Radio One Dj and Olivia arrived around 10 days before the start of the series, much earlier than usual, with Sue and Owen arriving a day later.
ITV asked the celebrities to arrive around a week in advance so they could isolate and also be tested for Covid-19.
Famous faces thought to be entering the jungle, but yet to arrive Down Under, are Rugby star and royal Mike Tindall, Loose Women star Charlene White and Culture Club's Boy George.
Speaking as she arrived in Australia, Olivia admitted she will missed her footballer fiancé Bradley Dack during her time in the jungle, and confessed she's worried about how her other campmates will tolerate her.
"I am scared of me, in terms of how long the other campmates can tolerate me. I will get myself in trouble somehow, the usual," the star confessed at the airport.
"My friends and family have always wanted me to do this show so lets see how it goes. I love Ant and Dec, I have grown up watching them. They are British TV Icons," Olivia explained as her stint on I'm a Celebrity was confirmed due to her arrival in Australia.
Asked what she will miss she referred to her boyfriend, saying: "It is day one at the minute so I'm not missing much. But in three or four days the dogs and my fiance probably.
"I mean four weeks and no sh*gging what can you do?"
The long-running ITV show starts on Sunday, November 6, at 9pm, with a 105 minute special, which we will see the celebs explain why they have signed up.
Ant and Dec are then poised to set a series of challenges for them to make their way into the jungle camp near the town of Murwillumbah in New South Wales.
